Green Card Lottery Attorney In Kansas City

This program provides individuals up to 50,000 immigrant visas each year. These visas are drawn from a random selection process among all entries to those who are residents of countries with low immigration rates to the United States. Most of the lottery winners are from outside of the United States, and immigrate through consular processing and given an immigrant visa. To become eligible for this program, an individual must establish that they: have been selected for a diversity visa by DOS’s lottery, have an immigrant visa immediately available at the time of filing an adjustment application, and are admissible to the United States. Any individual who wins the lottery and lives outside of the United States must have USCIS process adjustment of status applications.
